Documents uploaded to My details (diving certification, insurance and, for night dives, proof of your specialty) do not also need to be brought as printed copies or physical cards. Only bring documents you have not uploaded.
The dive site will be chosen according to sea conditions and the characteristics of the group.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure. After that deadline, the amount paid will not be refunded and any linked dive pass will not be restored. If a booking moves from the waiting list to confirmed status and payment is required, it must be completed within 24 hours of confirmation. Buceo Donosti may cancel a trip if weather conditions are adverse or if fewer than 4 divers are booked. In that case, the booking amount will be refunded automatically or the dive will be restored to the dive pass, as applicable. To book a night dive, each diver must hold a night diving specialty certification and have uploaded proof of it to My details. This requirement also applies to every participant in club bookings. Documents you have uploaded to My details (diving certification, insurance and, for night dives, proof of your night diving specialty certification) do not also need to be brought to the centre as a printed copy or physical card. Only bring a card or printed copy of any documents you have not uploaded to the platform.
