Diving trips in San Sebastián / Donostia

You can browse departures in monthly or weekly view, on both mobile and desktop. Use the view selector; your preference is remembered between visits and the monthly view is shown if you have not chosen one yet.

In monthly view, use the arrows to change months and select a day with departures to see its times, available places and booking options in the selected-day panel. Past days cannot be selected. Each time slot is coloured according to availability.

In weekly view, use the previous and next week buttons, or return to the current week with the central button. Each departure shows its date, time, weather forecast and available places. Use the weather information button to see more details when available.

Night dives are identified as such and require the specialty certification and proof uploaded to My details. A surcharge applies: if you pay with a dive pass, it covers the base dive and the surcharge is paid separately.

View your upcoming booked trips. The list shows the date, time, status, payment method and number of booked spots. Night dives are identified with a moon icon. In the weather column you will see the weather conditions, total wave height and swell height. The marine tooltip shows the wave, wind wave and swell in more detail, including their direction and period, plus water temperature and wind speed. If a night dive is booked with a package, the dive is deducted from the package and the night supplement remains pending payment in My bookings until you pay it. Confirmation messages and emails will also warn you when a booking includes this supplement. You can cancel a reservation up to the indicated number of hours before departure. Late cancellations are not allowed.

In the My activity tab, you can view a chronological history of what happens with your bookings, payments, packages and waiting list. You will see when you book a dive, if it is cancelled, when a payment is confirmed, when a dive is deducted from or restored to a package, and when a refund is requested or completed.

View your active diving packages and the number of dives remaining in each. Packages are automatically deducted when you book a trip and restored if the booking is properly cancelled.

Each package can have its own duration from payment. If your package has an expiry date, you will see the exact date in My packages and you will receive an email reminder one month in advance.

For night dives, the package covers the base dive, but the night supplement must be paid separately and will appear as pending on the booking until it is paid.

If you are a Diving Centre or Diving Club representative, you will only see group packages, which allow you to book multiple spots on the same trip. In that case, as many dives are deducted as spots you reserve.

Review all the diving trips you have previously taken part in, including their date, time slot and final status. Night dives are marked with a moon icon.

Update your personal data, profile photo, an image of your diving certification and your preferred language. If you are an individual user, you can also upload your medical questionnaire as optional documentation; it is not required to make bookings. Diving Centre and Diving Club representatives are exempt from this kind of personal document and do not need to upload a personal certification image.

If you have not dived for more than two years, you must contact Buceo Donosti by phone or email before booking. The centre will assess whether you need a refresher dive accompanied by an instructor. Keep your last dive date up to date in My details; previous dives recorded in the system, including club dives, are also taken into account when detecting inactivity.

To book a departure in a night-time slot, you must hold a night diving specialty certification and upload proof through My details. For club bookings, each participant must have uploaded it to their profile. On the day of the dive, you must also bring this proof in card or printed format.

Specialty certificate

If you represent a diving club, register as a regular user and contact Buceo Donosti so an administrator can assign you representative status and link your club divers to your account. This profile cannot be selected during web sign-up. Club divers must also register individually before the administrator can link them. Once activated, this profile grants you the following benefits:

Exclusive club packages: you will only see and be able to purchase packages designed for groups.
Multi-spot booking: when booking a trip you can specify the number of spots and select the divers linked to your club in a single reservation.
Centralised management: club members are linked from the administration panel so you can book on their behalf.

The maximum number of spots per booking is determined by the active club package. A booking can only be confirmed if the trip has enough available spots for the whole group. Each booking deducts as many dives from the package as spots reserved.

If you need to operate as a diving centre representative, please contact Buceo Donosti so they can assign that status administratively. This profile cannot be activated during web sign-up.

Administrative activation: the diving centre representative status is assigned by an administrator from the management system.
Spot-based booking: this account type books by indicating only the number of spots, without selecting specific divers.
Group packages: it will be able to see and use packages intended for group bookings.

On mobile devices you will find a bottom navigation bar for quick access to all sections. Trips are shown as compact cards.

You can install this application on your device to access it directly from the home screen, without needing to open a browser.
